| 野外での飲食は、アウトドアの醍醐味です。なかでも、まだ気温の低い早朝に、冷たい外気に包まれながら飲むコーヒーは格別。キャンプ中のリラックスタイムに、コーヒーを飲むのが楽しみといった方も多くいらっしゃいます。アウトドアでコーヒーを楽しむためには、いろいろなアイテムがありますが、アウトドアでコーヒーを楽しむ方法として最も主流な方法は、ケトルでドリッパーにお湯を注いでコーヒーを淹れるハンドドリップスタイル。おすすめしたいのは、パーコレーターを使うスタイル。「急須」に似た構造ですが、水を入れて火にかけ、沸騰したら内部のバスケットにコーヒーの粉を入れて蓋をするというやり方です。お湯を沸かしながら高温で抽出するため、味わいは強めです。 |
